Gunnar Engblom
This is a bird that was identified as probable Black-bellied Storm-Petrel as it past the boat and quickly flew off to the distant. However, the photos show something more similar to White-vented Storm-Petrel.

Same bird as previous but the fence of the boat get on the road. ID as White-vented Storm-Petrel but would like confirmation or correction. It also has white on the tights and on the belly.
