A juvenile booby between Masked and Nazca off 14nm off northern Lima. UPDATE: Masked booby confirmed by Robert Pitman: "The juvenile Masked/Nazca boobies can be difficult to tell apart sometimes but your bird quite clearly has the bluish-green bill of young Masked Booby. At this stage, a Nazca Booby usually shows more orange in the bill. Some juveniles are intermediate (perhaps hybrids; I have seen quite a few) and cannot be told apart as best I know, but yours is an easy identification".
