Mitred Parakeet has red around eye and red tibia feathers. Chapman´s Parakeet could be sympatric with Hocking´s Parakeet in Cusco and Huancavelica, it differs having more red in the forehead (Hocking´s Parakeet has a half-moon shaped band over the bill) and more bluish green upperparts.
